My goal is to pass the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution—an amendment that restores economic accountability by requiring all federal subsidies, tax incentives, and financial benefits to demonstrate a measurable return on investment for the American people. Under this amendment, no handout would last longer than two years without independent verification of results. It also creates a nonpartisan Board of Economic Examination to ensure every taxpayer dollar serves the national interest—not political favors or corporate influence. This amendment is about restoring trust, eliminating waste, and making sure our government serves the people—not the powerful.
